Yogurt Ice Cream with Mulberry

We offer to prepare homemade ice cream based on yogurt with the addition of mulberry berries.


● Mulberry 100g.,
● Natural yoghurt 4 tbsp.,
● Evaporated milk 2 tbsp.


1. Wash the mulberry, remove the stems.

2. Fold the berries in a blender, add yogurt and condensed milk. Beat until smooth.

3. Then pour the berry mixture into special ice cream molds. Insert the sticks and put them in the freezer.

4. After 4 hours get ice cream, let it thaw for 10-15 minutes and remove from the molds.
