Yeast Dough Recipe Easy Lazy

Spend 5 minutes and cook this yeast dough. You can cook pies with any filling, buns, sausages in the dough, pies, pizza, etc. The dough can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days, you can freeze.


• Milk — 2 cups (500 ml),
• Wheat flour — 5 cups (700 grams),
• Sugar — 2 tbsp.,
• Salt — 0.5 tsp.,
• Sunflower oil — 2 tbsp.,
• Yeast (dry) — 2.2 tsp. (11 grams).


1. Pour 4 cups of flour and yeast into a bowl.
2. Then gradually pour warm milk, add sugar, salt, sunflower oil.
3. Mix all ingredients with a spoon.
4. Then gradually add another cup of flour.
5. Spread the dough into a plastic bag and put it in the fridge.
6. It is possible to cook from such a dough after 2 hours. But if the dough remains in the fridge longer — nothing will happen to it. I often make dough from the evening to make something delicious the next day.
7. Dough is ready. Take out of the package, slightly rolls down in flour and make pies.

NOTE: You can cook pies with any filling from this dough. You can fry or bake in the oven. But tastier, of course, fried pies!
