Winter salad with salmon and avocado.


Layered salad on the New Year of the salmon fillet, rice, avocado and cream cheese.


● Slightly salted salmon fillet — 180g.,
● Figure — 50g.,
● Mayonnaise taste,
● Lemon juice quarter,
● Avocado a small size — 1 pcs.,
● Cream cheese with herbs — 100g.,
● Cheese varieties — 50g.,
● Dill few sprigs,
● Salt to taste.


1. Salmon fillet cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice without skin and bones.

2. Boil the rice in salted water, cool. Mix with mayonnaise to taste.

3. Avocados are cleaned, cut into cubes, sprinkle with lemon juice to the pulp is not darkened.

4. Put a ring on a serving plate, top with half the salmon, rice, avocado, cream cheese with herbs and the remnants of salmon. Top to make the mesh of mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped dill.
