Watermelon lemonade.


This lemonade quenches thirst, calms the digestive system and cleanses the body. Watermelon and Mint give the freshness and the lime juice gives brightness.


● Watermelon — 1 kg.,
● Lemon — 2 pcs
● Peppermint (a handful of leaves),
● Honey — 1 tbsp.


1. Remove the bones from the watermelon, flesh cut into cubes.

2. Squeeze the juice from the lime, leave a few slices for decoration. Mint lightly crush in a mortar.

3. Skip the watermelon through a juicer or blender. Strain the resulting juice through a fine sieve.

4. Pour into a pitcher, add the lime juice, mint and a spoonful of honey. Serve chilled with ice cubes.
