Viennese Coffee

• Sugar — 1 tsp.,
• Powdered sugar,
• Freshly ground coffee — 6 tsp.,
• Water,
• Cream for whipping 33% — 150 ml.,
• Cocoa powder — to taste,
• Cinnamon — to taste.


1. Whip the cream with a small amount of powdered sugar in a firm foam, put in the refrigerator.

2. Pour coffee and sugar into the Cezve, pour 2/3 cup of cold water.

3. On a small heat, stirring, bring the coffee to a boil. Then strain the drink into warmed cups of this volume, so that it takes less than half a cup.

4. Put cold whipped cream in hot coffee, serve with cinnamon or cocoa powder if desired.
