Vegetable Casserole with Cheese

Vegetable casserole the most summer and very tasty dish! Vegetable casseroles are very useful and easy to cook.

Ingredients:

• Medium potatoes — 6 pcs.,
• Onion — 2 pcs.,
• White mushrooms — 100 grams (or 2 large),
• Tomato — 2 pcs (medium),
• Grated cheese — 300 grams or 0,66 pounds.

For the sauce:

• Sour cream — 2 tablespoons,
• Mayonnaise — 2 tablespoons,
• Garlic — 1 clove.

Directions:

Chop the potatoes, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes. Spread in layers in the pan for baking, pour the sauce and sprinkle with cheese, bake at 180°C or 356°F degrees for 40 minutes.
