Vegan pancakes

Pancakes recipe without milk or eggs – suitable for vegans or during fasting.


● 4.2 fl oz (125ml) soy milk,
● 3.4 fl oz (100ml) sparkling water,
● 5 oz (140g) flour,
● 1 tbs oil,
● 1 tbs sugar,
● Salt.


1. Put the flour in a bowl and gradually add the soy milk and water, stirring continuously so lumps don’t form. Add the oil, the sugar and a little bit of salt. Stir everything well.

2. Heat a skillet over medium fire, pour some oil and pour the batter with a ladle. Because the recipe doesn’t contain eggs, the layers poured should be thicker than usually.

3. Serve with jam, marmalade, fresh fruit or whatever you like on top.
