Ukrainian Chicken Cutlets

Ukrainian chicken cutlets — a great hot dish for any Holiday. They are prepared simply and quickly, but they turn out juicy and tender.


• Butter 80g.,
• Garlic cloves 1-2 pcs.,
• Chopped dill greens 2 tbsp.,
• Chicken fillet 4 pcs.,
• Flour for breading,
• Eggs 3 pcs.,
• Dry crumbs of white bread 200g.,
• Salt, ground pepper to taste.


1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

2. Mix soft butter, greens, garlic, salt and pepper passed through the press.

3. Cut each chicken breast from above, making an incision of 5 cm in length and 1 cm in depth.

4. Put cream in the pockets. Fasten with toothpicks.

5. Pour into one plate in flour, in the other to pour the breadcrumbs, in the third beat the egg.

6. Roll each fillet in flour, then dip it into an egg and dress it in breadcrumbs. Then again dipped in an egg and roll in breadcrumbs.

7. Put the Ukrainian chicken cutlets on a baking tray and bake for about 25 minutes.

8. Remove the toothpicks before serving. Serve with a green salad.
