Tzatziki (Greek Yogurt Sauce)


Greek Tzatziki sauce is served with fresh baked bread, as well as it serves as a supplement to meat, fish and vegetables.


● 1 cucumber,
● 500 g of natural yoghurt,
● 3 cloves garlic,
● 4-5 mint leaves,
● 60 ml. olive oil,
● 1/2 lemon,
● Salt and black pepper to taste.


Cucumber peel and grate. Garlic and mint chop. All the ingredients mix well. Serve chilled sauce garnished with olives and mint leaves.
