Turkish Chicken Shish Kebabs

Chicken shish kebabs with marinade secrets from the Turkish chef! Cooking time 30 minutes.


• Chicken breast (three double) — 600 grams or 1,32(lb),
• Onion (medium) — 2 pcs.,
• Garlic — 2-3 cloves,
• Salt, pepper to taste,
• Olive oil (or vegetable) — 100 ml or 6.5 tbsp.,
• Milk — 30 ml or 2 tbsp.


Cut onion and finely grate in a blender, add chopped finely garlic, salt, pepper, vegetable oil and milk. Marinade is ready!
Chicken breast cut into plates and string on skewers, cover with marinade, put into bowls. Have time to marinate for 30-60 minutes (until the coals flare up).
Fry on smoldering coals, but do not overcook!

Tasty with grilled vegetables!
Eggplant and zucchini cut into slices, grease with a marinade of olive oil, pressed garlic, provencal herbs, salt, pepper.
