Turkey with Apple and Onion

The recipe for a turkey in a frying pan with apple and onion is simple and quick.


● Turkey 300 grams or 0,66(lb) or 10,58(oz),
● Onion 1 piece,
● Apple 1 piece,
● Soy sauce 1 tablespoon,
● Olive oil 2 tablespoons,
● Sunflower oil 1 tablespoon,
● Salt to taste,
● Ground black pepper to taste.


1. Cut the turkey into small pieces and put in olive oil with soy sauce to marinate.
2. Cut the apple into cubes, and the onion — thin rings. Fry the onion in sunflower oil, stirring, until golden brown.
3. Add the turkey with the marinade to the onion and fry over high heat for several minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Reduce heat, add apple, salt, pepper, cover and leave to stew for 7-10 minutes.
5. As a side dish, buckwheat noodles or rice are very good.
