Turkey cutlets in Italian


Recipe fragrant cutlets of turkey stuffed with olives and mozzarella.


● 400g turkey fillet,
● Bulb onion 1 piece,
● Egg 1 pc.
● Salt and pepper to taste,
● 100g of mozzarella,
● Olives 75g.,
● Flour for breading,
● Vegetable oil for frying.


Turkey fillet through a meat grinder together with onion. Add the egg, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
Finely chop the olives and mozzarella and mix.

Form a small flat cakes from forcemeat, put the stuffing in the middle of the mozzarella and olives. BLIND small cutlets, breaded in flour and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Ready cutlets served with vegetable salad and pasta.
