Tortillas with potato puree



● Milk 130 ml
● Eggs 1 pc.
● 1 tsp sugar
● 1/2 tsp salt
● Meal — 250-270 grams
● Butter 50g
● Butter for greasing 50-60 g

For filling:
— 1 kg of potatoes
— 1 onion pieces.
— Milk 200 ml
— Butter 50g.
— Salt to taste.


1. Knead the dough. Mix the milk, egg, salt and sugar.
2. Melt the butter and pour in the milk-egg mixture.
3. Put the sifted flour, mix and knead the dough.
4. Allow the dough to rest.
5. Prepare the stuffing. Boil the potatoes. Remember the milk and butter. Fry the onions and add the puree. Close the lid to warm.
6. After 30 minutes, divide the dough into equal pieces (10-11 pieces).
7. Roll out each piece into a flat cake. Pricked with a fork.
8. Fry tortillas on the hot dry frying pan with a thick bottom.
9. Remove the cake, immediately lubricate the melted butter and cover with a towel.
10. Put half a cake filling and cover with second half.
11. You can warm up, frying in butter. Obtained delicious crispy patties))
