TOP-5 Recipes for Autumn Baking

In this collection pies with autumn fruits: grapes, mushrooms, pears, viburnum berries, apples and sea buckthorn.

1. Pie Grape Vine

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 135g of sugar, 90g of butter, 50 ml of olive oil, 75 ml of milk, 200g of flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, a peel of one lemon and one orange, 250-300g of grapes without pits.

Directions: Beat eggs with sugar, until the mass becomes lush and does not increase threefold. Introduce soft butter, olive oil, milk. Sift the flour with the baking powder, put the zest, vanillin, mix the batter. Put the grapes, mix well again, put them into a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

2. Piquant Viburnum Pie

Ingredients: 1 glass 200-250 ml of viburnum berries, 2 apples, 5 eggs, 2 glasses of flour, 1 glass 200-250 ml of sour cream, 1 glass 200-250 ml of sugar, a pinch of soda.

Directions: Mix berries and grated apples with 2 dessert spoons of sugar. Eggs mixed with a glass of sugar and beat in foam. Add sour cream, soda and beat again. Put the flour and mix the dough thoroughly. One-third of the test is poured into the prepared form and topped with a filling. The rest of the test fill the filling and gently distribute. Bake at 200 degrees until browned.

3. Pear cake

Ingredients: 1 glass 200-250 ml of flour, 6 pears, 70g of margarine, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, 1 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs.

Directions: Sugar to grind with egg until a homogeneous mass is obtained, add the sifted flour and baking powder. Margarine cut into pieces and put in a sprinkled form. Top with a spoon lay out the dough. Peeled pears cut into slices and put on top of the dough, lightly potting them. Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.

4. Mushroom Pie

Ingredients: 1 cup of flour, 3 eggs, a glass 200-250 ml of sour cream, 1.5 tsp. baking powder, a pinch of salt, 0.5 kg of mushrooms, 2 onions.

Directions: Fry in the vegetable oil mushrooms with onions. For the test, you need to mix the eggs with sour cream and pour a thin trickle of flour, baking powder, salt. Stir well the dough and pour half into the oiled form. Top with a mushroom filling and pour again with a batter. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.

5. Vitamin autumn cake

Ingredients: 600g of flour, 400 ml of milk, 200g of butter, 4 eggs, 50g of yeast, 0.5 kg of apples, 0.5 kg of pears, 200g of sea-buckthorn, 10g of starch, 50g of sesame seeds, 300g of honey.

Directions: In warm milk, dissolve the yeast, sugar and add a little flour, knead the spoon and let it brew for several hours. Add the remaining flour, salt, eggs, butter, knead the dough and leave for two hours, periodically swabbing. Then half the cooked dough is put in a greased form, always closing the sides of the mold. Cut the apples and pears into cubes and add starch and honey to the cut. Put everything on the dough, sprinkle with whole berries of sea-buckthorn. The second rolled half of the dough with the small holes done cover the cake, grease the egg yolk from above and sprinkle with sesame. Bake in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 45 minutes.
