● 2 kg. of tomatoes to cut large (in half),
● 4 pcs. Bell pepper,
● 2 Cloves of garlic,
● 2 pcs. red hot pepper,
● Greenery.
● 100 gr. vinegar,
● 100 gr. vegetable oil,
● 100 gr. sugar,
● 2 tbsp. salt.


1. Pepper, garlic, red hot pepper 2 pieces, twist in a meat grinder.
2. Stir. Cut the greens.
3. Lay in layers in a 3-liter jar: tomatoes, then a mixture of vegetables, greens.
4. Cover the can with a lid and put in the refrigerator in an inverted form on the neck.
5. This is so that after 8 hours has already been ready to eat from the top.
6. In the evening did, in the morning is already ready!
7. And then you can keep in the usual position.
