Tiramisu with strawberries


In the classic tiramisu Savoiardi cookies dipped in strong coffee. Tiramisu with strawberries do without coffee. In summer you can cook with fresh strawberries in the winter — from frozen. This dessert is perfect for Valentine’s Day.


● Mascarpone, 300g.,
● Strawberries, 300g.,
● Cream, 200g.,
● Cookies Savoiardi, 12 pcs.,
● Eggs, 3 pieces.,
● Sugar, 60g.,
● Flour, 50g.,
● Powdered sugar, 4 tbsp.,
● Lemon juice, 2-4 drops.,
● Chocolate, for sprinkling.


200ml whipping cream, beat with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to stable peaks.

Beat the mascarpone with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Mix the cheese and cream.

Strawberries do puree in a blender.

At the bottom of the form spread a little cream. Dip cookies in strawberry and send in the form.

Grease a layer of cream. Then repeat the layer of cookies in strawberries. And the cream again — until you run out of food.

Harvesting in the refrigerator until completely soak for a few hours. When serving decorate with grated chocolate or strawberries.
