The perfect summer dish — Gazpacho


Another perfect summer dish — gazpacho, came to our table of Spanish — or rather, Andalusian cuisine.

It is prepared from ripe tomatoes, sweet pepper, petiolate celery, cucumber, garlic, and of course, olive oil. If we consider that all the ingredients fall into the soup without any heat treatment — it’s just a storehouse of vitamins.
1 kg of very ripe tomatoes, you will need a medium-sized cucumber, 1-2 peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, a little olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon (lime) juice, a slice of white bread, stalk celery, salt, sugar, sauce «Tabasco» taste. Tomatoes from the skin clean, peppers, remove seeds and stalks, cut into pieces all the vegetables and chop the blender. Add the bread, season with salt, sugar, hot sauce. For a more pleasant texture rub through a sieve. Serve cold with olive oil and white croutons.
