● 1 kg. of meat (any),
● 2 tbsp. honey,
● 1 tbsp. lemon juice,
● 1 tbsp. sour cream,
● Fresh greens,
● Salt, pepper and other spices to taste.


1. Cut the meat into pieces of medium size and mix with finely chopped greens.
2. Add the squeezed lemon juice and honey. Salt, pepper and add other spices at will.
3. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, so that the meat is marinated.
4. After this time, take out the meat, add sour cream, mix thoroughly and put it on a baking sheet.
5. Bake in a well-heated oven for 45-60 minutes. (Baking time depends on the oven and the size of the pieces of meat).
6. If the meat is overexposed — it will turn out to be dryish, therefore, as often as possible, check it for readiness.
