The acute pizza Diablo — great for those who love the «hot».


For dough:

● 400g. flour
● 2 tsp dry yeast
● 3/4 tsp salt
● 2 tbsp vegetable oil
● 250 ml. water

For filling:

● 4 tbsp tomato sauce
● 240g. Mozzarella or Suluguni
● 4 large mushroom
● 100g. salami
● 1 chili pepper pod
● 1 tsp. paprika

Knead the dough for pizza.
Dough and these ingredients enough for two pizzas.
Salami cut into thin slices.
Mushrooms washed and cut into thin slices.
Divide dough into two parts. Every roll out the layer thickness of 5-7 mm.
Coat the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on a coarse grater.

On top of decomposed cheese slices salami slices and mushrooms.

Chili pepper Wash, remove seeds and cut into fine strips. With chili pepper is better to work with gloves on, otherwise you may accidentally touch the face and eyes that will take a very unpleasant feeling.
Put the pizza in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees.
Bake for 20 minutes (guided on your oven).
