Terrine with Vegetables and Ham

Cook terrine with vegetables, ham and boiled eggs.

Cooking time: more than 180 minutes, 8 servings


• 1-2 carrots
• 4 eggs
• Ham 250 grams or 0,55 pounds or 9 oz
• Canned peas 125 grams or 4 oz or 0,27 pounds
• Canned corn 125 grams or 4 oz or 0,27 pounds
• Gelatin 6 tsp
• Broth 150 ml or 5 (fl oz) or 0.6 cup
• Sour cream 6 tbsp.
• Cream 10 tbsp.
• Garlic 2 cloves
• Salt, pepper to taste


1. Boil carrots in the peel, peel and cut into cubes.
2. Boil eggs and clean. Ham cut into cubes.
3. Mix in a bowl carrots, green peas, corn and ham.
4. In gelatin pour broth and allow to swell.
5. Whip cream with a mixer, add sour cream and garlic passed through a press. Salt and pepper.
6. Heat the broth so that the gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool slightly, pour a thin stream into the cream mixture, mix gently.
7. Cover the rectangular shape with food film, put whole boiled eggs, vegetables and ham on the bottom.
8. Pour gelatin mixture and put in the refrigerate for several hours.
9. Before serving terrine cut into portions.
