• 400 grams or 0,88(lb) of zucchini,
• 100 grams or 0,22(lb) of cheese,
• 2 eggs,
• 100 grams of sour cream,
• 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda,
• 150 grams or 0,33(lb) of flour,
• 0.5 teaspoon of salt.,
• Greenery,
• Pepper to taste.


Grate zucchini, squeeze well. Cut the cheese very finely or grate, cut the greens.
Baking soda mix with sour cream, leave for 5 minutes, add eggs, salt, pepper, whisk with a fork, pour flour, mix.
Then put the cheese, zucchini and greens there, mix and pour into a greased baking mold of small diameter.
Bake for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 180°C or 356°F degrees.
