• Egg — 1 pc.,
• Sour cream — 1 tbsp.,
• Sugar — 2 tbsp.,
• Salt — a pinch,
• Baking soda — 0.5 tsp.,
• Baking powder — 0.5 tsp.,
• Vanilla — 2 grams or 0.07 oz.,
• Flour — 3 tbsp.,
• Oil — for frying,
• Powdered sugar — for sprinkling.

Directions:

1. Add the egg, sour cream, sugar, salt, baking soda, flour to the mashed cottage cheese and mix everything thoroughly. Knead the tender dough.
2. Roll out several sausages from the dough and cut them to length as you like.
3. Fry in oil in a preheated pan from all sides until golden brown.
4. Sprinkle the finished tender cottage cheese sticks with plenty of powdered sugar.
