Summer cake with fruit and jelly


In the heat rarely feel like eating high-calorie cakes with butter cream. Prepare a refreshing summer dessert with fruit, cream jelly and sponge cake slices.


For the dough:

For the cream:

● 800g cream
● 1 cup sugar
● 10-15g of gelatin
● Vanilla sugar 10g


1. Form baking dish greased with oil, sprinkle with flour.

2. Whisk all ingredients for the dough, pour into a mold and bake for about 30 minutes in a preheated 180 ° C oven. Cool the cake and cut into small cubes.

3. Peeled tangerines disassemble into slices, oranges without a skin, cut into thin slices. Pineapple and banana arbitrarily cut.

4. Gelatin pour a small amount of cold water and allow to swell. Then melt it over low heat, not allowing to boil.

5. Beat sour cream with sugar and vanilla, add gelatin and mix.
