Stuffed Potatoes with Meat and Red Beans

Delicious, hearty dish, which can be prepared for dinner. Stuffed potatoes are an excellent option for a casual or festive dinner.


● Large potatoes 8 pcs.,
● Minced beef 400g.,
● Onions 1 pc.,
● Chili pepper 1/2 pcs.,
● Tomato paste 2 tbsp.,
● Canned corn 200g.,
● Canned beans 200g.,
● Salt,
● Vegetable oil to taste.


Wash potatoes, wipe with a towel and each potato individually wrapped in foil, oiled. Put on a grate in the oven and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees.

Chop onion and chili pepper. Mince the flesh in vegetable oil until friability. Add the onions and chili peppers to the meat, season with tomato paste, pour in 50 ml of water and bring to a boil. Add salt, add beans and corn to meat.

With each potato cut off a small lid, choose a piece of pulp. Put the meat mixture in the potatoes and put in a preheated oven for 5 minutes.
