Stuffed Pasta Shells with Bechamel Sauce

Prepare for dinner an unusually beautiful and very tasty dish stuffed pasta shells with bechamel sauce, and you are guaranteed delight and gratitude of loved ones.


● Large pasta shells — 30 pcs.,
● Minced meat — 650g. or 1.433 Pound (lb),
● 2 cups of milk,
● 3 tbsp. of butter,
● 2 tbsp. of flour,
● Salt to taste,
● Hard grated cheese — 70g. or 0.15432 Pound (lb),
● Ground black pepper to taste.


Boil pasta shells until half ready.

Prepare minced meat in your favorite way, adding the necessary spices.

Prepare the sauce. In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the flour, stir so that there are no lumps. Add gradually warm milk and gently stir all the time. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook until the sauce has acquired a consistency of medium density. Add half grated cheese.

Fill the pasta shells with the prepared stuffing and put into the mold.

Pour the sauce and bake in the preheated oven to 170 degrees for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese. Cook for another 3 minutes.
