Stuffed mushrooms with chicks from quail eggs.


New Year 2017 — the year of the Rooster. Prepare for the holiday appetizer in a chicks sitting in the nest.


● Mushrooms with large caps,
● Vegetable oil,
● Salt, pepper,
● Quail eggs,
● Red pepper,
● Cloves,
● Mayonnaise,
● Garlic,
● Parsley.


1. Large mushrooms to wash, peel and remove the stem. Dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.

2. Baking dish grease, put mushrooms hat down. Put form in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

3. Quail eggs to boil for 5 minutes, cool and clean. Cut combs and beaks of red pepper. Make incisions in the quail eggs, insert them into pieces of pepper. Make the eyes of cloves.

4. Mayonnaise mixed with through garlic press, add mushroom caps. Put on top of the leaves of parsley and chicks from quail eggs.
