Strawberry Sour Cream Pie

Very tender strawberry sour cream pie and delicious. To prepare this pie will not be difficult, on the contrary, the process is simply spectacular!


● 200 g of flour;
● 125 g of cottage cheese;
● 2 teaspoons baking powder;
● 5 tablespoons of milk;
● 65 g of sugar;
● 5 table spoons of vegetable oil.


● 300 g of sour cream (20%);
● 2 eggs;
● 250-300g of berries;
● 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
● 65 g of sugar;
● 2 teaspoons of starch.


1. Defrost the berries. In the pan put parchment, grease the bottom and walls with butter, lightly sprinkle with flour. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
2. In a deep plate to lay out cottage cheese, to pour in milk and vegetable oil, to fill up sugar. Sift to the curd mass flour with baking powder and knead the dough.
3. In the second plate lay out sour cream, starch, sugar, vanilla sugar and chicken eggs. Stir to a homogeneous consistency.
4. Roll out the dough a little more than the pan. Transfer to the pan and form the sides.
5. Pour the cream into the dough and spread the berries without juice.
6. Send the pie into the oven and bake for 40-50 minutes. The cream should get a little thick.
7. Let the cake cool down a bit and take it from the mold. It is better to take a shape(24 cm) with a removable rim.
8. Transfer the cake to the grate until it cools down completely. Then you can put in the refrigerator, so that the cream thickens more.
