Strawberry Fruit Candy

Strawberries are one of the most delicious and fragrant berries. You can make a variety of sweet billets, but especially popular recently are strawberry fruit candy.


● 1 kg. or 2,20(lb) of strawberries,
● 800 grams or 1,76(lb) of sugar,
● 1 liter of water.


1. Sugar dissolve in water and bring to a boil.
2. Berries put in boiling syrup and cook for about 10 minutes. Throw in a colander and let the syrup drain.
3. After that, spread the strawberries on a baking sheet and put in an oven with a temperature of 35-45°C or 95-113°F degrees and hold there until the surface of the berries is well dried, but the fruit will not lose its elasticity.
4. Ready candied fruits put in glass sterilized jars and rolled.

Such a strawberry can become a perfect filling for pies, it can be used to make a compote, decorate a cake or simply feast on it.
