Strawberry cheesecake with white chocolate.

This cheesecake is very tasty, with the aroma of white chocolate and strawberries.


● Shortbread cookies — 175g.,
● Butter — 50g.,
● White chocolate — 200g.,
● Sour cream — 200g.,
● Cream cheese — 300g.,
● Strawberry — 225g.


Grind the cookies in a crumb and mix with the softened butter. Tightly pound the mass in a round, detachable shape with a diameter of 20 cm. Place in a refrigerator. Melt the chocolate on a steam bath or in a microwave.
Beat cheese and sour cream until a thick, uniform mass is formed.

Add chopped strawberries and mix with melted white chocolate and cheese cream. Put the mass in the prepared form. Align and place for about 4 hours in the refrigerator.
