Strawberry Cheesecake

Luxurious dessert without baking. Strawberry cheesecake is pretty quick and easy to cook in your kitchen.


● Shortbread cookies — 300 grams or 0,66 pounds,
● Butter — 100 grams or 0,22 pounds,
● Cottage cheese — 500 grams or 1,10 pounds,
● Cream 30% — 400 milliliters or 1,7 cups,
● Sugar — 200 grams or 0,44 pounds,
● Gelatin — 25 grams or 0,05 pounds,
● Lemon — 1 piece,
● Strawberries — 200 grams or 0,44 pounds,
● Strawberry jelly — 100 grams or 0,22 pounds.


1. In a food processor, grind cookies and mix with butter until smooth.
2. Put the resulting mass into a detachable mold with a diameter of 26 centimeters. Refrigerate for an hour.
3. Pour 50 ml of boiling water into gelatin and let cool slightly.
4. In a food processor, grind the cottage cheese to a homogeneous mass.
5. Using a mixer, beat the cottage cheese, cream and sugar. Add gelatin, juice of 1 lemon and vanillin. Beat the mass well. Put the curd mass on the base of the cookies and again send in the refrigerator for an hour.
6. Then lay the thinly sliced strawberries on top and pour over the strawberry jelly.
7. Put the cheesecake in the refrigerator until the jelly has completely set.
