Strawberry cake without baking



For the cake:

● 150 g. — of chocolate chip cookies,
● 60 — Melted butter.

For the mousse:

● 250 g. — strawberries,
● 300 g. — of strawberry yogurt,
● 200 g. — creamy cottage cheese,
● 100 g. — Sugar,
● 200 ml. — cream 33%,
● 2 tbsp. a small mound of instant gelatin,
● 50 ml. — milk.


All except cream products advance from the refrigerator to be room temperature.

The bottom of the rim and split a diameter of 19 cm to lay a parchment.

Biscuits knead into crumbs (you can take instead of the usual chocolate cookies and chips Add 1 tbsp. Spoonful of cocoa), mixing parts add the butter, resulting mass is well compacted at the bottom of the form, is put into the refrigerator.

The hot (but not boiling) milk thoroughly dissolve the gelatin mixture to cool to room temperature. In a mixer bowl, mix yogurt, cottage cheese and sugar until the sugar has dissolved, then add the strawberries cut into small cubes, pour a thin stream while stirring the gelatin, stir well and remove the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes until the jelly starts to stiffen slightly.

Whip cream in a lush foam, jelly from the refrigerator, stir until smooth, add the cream, mix gently, ready to pour the mousse into the form on the cake of pastry.
Cake put into the refrigerator overnight, to complete solidification.

The next day, remove the rim from the mold, carefully remove the parchment on the sides, gently shift the cake on a plate.

Ready to decorate the cake chopped strawberries and grated chocolate.
