Strawberry Cake with Cottage Cheese Layer

Very tasty strawberry cake with cottage cheese layer. Not greasy, without baking and looks very nice.


For the cake:

● 4 eggs,
● 200 grams of sugar,
● 200 grams of flour,
● 2 tsp. of baking powder,
● 1 tbsp. starch.

Eggs with sugar beat, then add all the other ingredients. Bake 20-30 minutes.

While the cake is cooling down, I prepare the filling:

● 500-800 grams of cottage cheese,
● Sugar, vanillin (to taste).


Slightly sour cream all this mix in the blender for a long time, the cottage cheese turns out to be very homogeneous, almost airy (my cottage cheese is not dry and not granular).
Then dilute the gelatin and put in the cottage cheese mass.
Cut the cake in half and put it in a detachable shape, lay the strawberries on the cake and pour the cottage cheese mass and put in the freezer for 15 minutes, then top up the second half of the cake, decorate and pour the jelly and again into the freezer. After 1 hour you can serve to the table!
