Strawberry Banana Sorbet

Sorbet can also be made from raspberries, watermelon, melons, blueberries or apricots.


● Ripe juicy strawberry — 500g.,
● Ripe bananas — 2 pcs.,
● Powdered sugar — 100-150g.,
● Cream — 150g.,
● Vanillin pinch,
● Mint or strawberry for decoration.


1. Wash strawberries, put them in a blender and beat until smooth.

2. Add bits of banana, sugar powder, cream and vanillin. Shake again.

3. Transfer the fruit mass to a container and put in a freezer for 3-4 hours. After every hour, the mixture must be removed and mixed with a fork.

4. Transfer the ready sorbet to the kremanki and serve, decorating with mint leaves or pieces of strawberry.
