Stir-Fray with Chicken and Vegetables

Stir-Fry is a method of cooking, in which meat and vegetables are quickly fried in a heated frying pan in a small quantity of oil.


• Chicken — 300g.,
• Rice noodles — half packing,
• Carrot — 1 pc.,
• Chili pepper — 1 pc.,
• Green peas — 100g.,
• Ginger root — 2 cm.,
• Soy sauce — 3 tbsp.,
• Sugar — 1 tbsp.,
• Corn starch — 2 tbsp.,
• Lemon juice — 1 tbsp.,
• Garlic — 2 cloves,
• Vegetable oil.


1. Carrot and chili pepper finely chop, garlic and ginger grate.

2. Rice vermicelli soak in cold water.

3. Chicken cut into pieces, sprinkle with starch. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the chicken on each side, set aside.

4. Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, grated ginger, sugar and a little water.

5. Throw into the oil chili pepper, carrots, garlic and fry for several minutes on high heat.

6. Add green peas and reduce the heat to medium.

7. Put the rice noodles to the vegetables, pour all the sauce, stir and cook until the noodles become soft.

8. Sprinkle the dish with green onions and serve immediately.
