Squid Stuffed with Sweet Pepper and Cheese

Squids stuffed with bell peppers, herbs and cheese are a great snack.


● Squid — 8 pcs.,
● Salt and ground pepper to taste,
● Processed cheese — 200g.,
● Red pepper — 1 pc.,
● Yellow pepper — 1 pc.,
● Cloves of garlic — 2 pcs.,
● Bunch of parsley — 1/2.


1. Wash squid, clean, put in boiling salted water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 2 minutes. Then drain the liquid and allow the squid to cool.

2. Sweet pepper to wash, remove the core with seeds and finely chop. Fold the cheese with a fork. Garlic let through the press, mix with pepper and melted cheese, salt and pepper. Carcase of squid fill the filling and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3. Stuffed squid cut into slices 1 cm thick, put on plates, decorate with greens and serve.
