Spaghetti with sun-dried tomatoes and goat’s cheese

Spaghetti with sun-dried tomatoes and goat's cheese

To make the dish look really unusual, it’s enough just to replace the usual spaghetti with spaghetti with cuttlefish ink. Despite the original appearance, the pasta is prepared very easily.

• Spaghetti with cuttlefish ink 500g.,
• Garlic 4 cloves,
• Sun-dried tomatoes 20 slices,
• Goat cheese 150g.,
• Olive oil 3 tbsp.,
• Salt, pepper to taste.

1. Boil spaghetti in boiling salted water, observing the time indicated on the package. Throw spaghetti in a colander.

2. Heat the frying pan with olive oil and fry the peeled garlic cut into two pieces for 5 minutes. Remove the garlic.

3. Add in the frying pan dried tomatoes and boiled spaghetti. Salt, pepper, mix and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

4. Serve spaghetti with goat cheese.

Bon Appetit!!!
