Sour cream sauce with garlic and cheese


Which sauce is suitable for meat, fish and vegetable dishes. It can also be used for salad dressings.


● 200g. — Sour cream,
● 50g. — parmesan,
● 1 clove of garlic pieces,
● Fresh or dried herbs to taste,
● Salt to taste,
● Lemon juice — 1 tsp.


1. Cheese grate. Clove of garlic peel and pass through the press.

2. Add the sour cream, herbs and lemon juice and salt.

3. Cover and place in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
