Sour Cream Cake

The classic recipe for making sour cream cake. The pie turns out to be very magnificent and ruddy.

Ingredients:

● 1 cup sour cream,
● 1 cup of sugar,
● 2 eggs,
● 1 cup flour
● 1 teaspoon of baking powder
● 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
● A pinch of salt.

Directions:

1. Beat eggs with sugar until an airy white mass is obtained.
2. Then add sour cream and gradually begin to add the sifted flour with salt and baking powder to the mixture.
3. Mix in one direction, upwards, after adding flour, so that the mass remains lush.
4. Pour the finished dough into a oiled baking dish.
5. Cook the sour cream pie in a preheated oven, at a temperature of 180 °C or 356 °F degrees, about 30 minutes, until cooked.
