Soup with melted cheese and chicken



● Chicken breast — 1-2 pieces.
● Potatoes — 2.3 pc.
● Carrots — 1/2 pcs.
● Onions — 1 pc.
● Curd cheese «For the soup» — 2 pcs.
● Vegetable oil — 1-2 tablespoons
● Salt, black pepper, bay leaf, parsley.


1 Chicken breast cut into slices of medium size, then put in boiling salted water (600-700 ml) and cook for 10-15 minutes.
2. Potatoes cut into cubes, add to the chicken.
3. Carrots cut into slices of medium size onion — is similar. In a frying pan heat the oil, make zazharku of onions and carrots (they must lightly fry).
4. Pour in the soup and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
5. Cheese soup (with processed cheese) with chicken. Curd, add to the finished soup, mix thoroughly until completely dissolved (cheese easier to cut into several pieces). Add spices and herbs.
