Soup vegetarian kharcho



● ¼ cup rice
● 3 medium potatoes
● 1 large sweet pepper
● 100 grams of cheese
● 1 large tomato
● 2 tablespoons tomato paste
● 50 ml of sunflower oil
● 1 tablespoon salt
● 1.5 tablespoons of spices
● 1 pinch ground red pepper
● 5 pieces. pitted prunes
● 1 bunch cilantro
● 1 liter of water


Wash rice, pour a glass of hot water for 15 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into 8 pieces each potato. Add the rice and salt, add water. Put to cook on low heat.
Prunes, pepper and tomato cut into strips. Coarsely chop the cilantro.
In a deep frying pan pour oil, add spices, fry for 30 seconds, then add the tomato paste, vegetables, herbs and prunes. Fry a few minutes stirring constantly.
In a pot of soup to put zazharku, stir and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Ready vegetarian grub served hot, adding yogurt if desired.
