Soft Homemade Philadelphia Cheese

Soft Homemade Philadelphia Cheese

Easy, simple and tasty!

• 0.5 ml of buttermilk 1-2.5%
• 0.5 ml sour cream 20%
• 1 tsp. salt

1. Mix sour cream, buttermilk, salt. Stir well.
2. Put a colander in the pan and line 4-5 layers of gauze, pour the mixture of buttermilk and sour cream. Cover the edges of the gauze and place the load on top (I have a 2 kg dumbbell disc wrapped in food film). Put in the fridge.
3. After 6-12 hours the cheese is ready, pour out the whey periodically. You can use it as a dressing in salads with the addition of lemon juice and olive oil.

Bon Appetit!!!
