Snail Pie with cherries




● 200 g soft of butter
● A pinch of salt
● 3 glass flour
● 1 glass yogurt
● 1 tsp baking powder
● Vanilla or vanilla sugar


● Cherry seedless around 500g
● 1/2 glass sugar


1. For the dough Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, baking powder, stir, add the butter, grind it with flour, then pour yogurt and knead a soft dough, if you feel that a little flour, add.

2. Roll out the dough into a thin layer with a thickness of 3 mm. Cut into strips of 20-30 cm long and 7-8 cm wide. Share on the middle of each strip cherries in a row, sprinkle with sugar and a pinch in sausage))).
3. Place the stuffed cherry sausages in a spiral shape and bake at 200C until golden color, around 30-40 minutes. Cake removed from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
