Smoothies from strawberry and blueberry


Berry smoothie with yogurt and milk — it is tasty, healthy and easy to prepare breakfast.


● 1 cup frozen strawberries,
● Frozen blueberries 1/2 cup,
● 1/2 cup milk,
● Plain yogurt or berry 170g.,
● Honey as desired.


1. Blueberries and strawberries put in a blender, pour the milk and yogurt.
2. Beat until smooth. Optionally add honey, even beat up again.
3. Pour the smoothie into glasses and immediately serve.
