Simple summer pie with peaches

If in summer you want to bake something tasty and simple, take note of this peach pie.


● Flour 1.5 cups,
● Baking powder 1.5 tsp.,
● Salt 0.25 tsp.,
● Butter 175g.,
● Sugar 1 glass,
● Eggs 3 pieces.,
● Grated lemon peel 0.5 tsp.,
● Vanilla extract 0.25 tsp.,
● Ripe peaches 4 pcs.,
● Powdered sugar for sprinkling.


1. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Lubricate the shape with a 23 cm diameter oil.

2. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

3. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar in a lavish light cream. Add eggs one by one, whisking after each addition. Add the grated lemon zest and vanilla.

4. Add flour and mix gently.

Peaches are washed and chopped. They can be cut into cubes, add to the dough and mix. Or cut into slices and put on the dough on top.

6. Bake the cake for an hour. Willingness to check with a toothpick.

7. Cool the peach pie to room temperature and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
