Simple raspberry ice cream


This berry ice cream is preparing only three ingredients. It’s much tastier than store bought.


● Raspberries — 200g
● Powdered sugar — 100g
● Cream, fat content of 20-33% — 250 ml


1. Wash and dry the raspberries. Fold together with the powdered sugar in a blender and beat.

2. Wipe the berry mixture through a sieve to remove the seeds.

3. Mix the raspberry puree with cream, to send in the Ice cream maker and prepare for the manufacturer’s instructions. If you do not have ice cream maker, a lot of you need to put in the freezer for 2-3 hours, every 30 minutes, whisking with a fork or electric mixer.
