Shish kebab in the African style

The recipe for cooking Shish kebab in the African style, we cook delicious and healthy.

Cooking time 45 minutes, 4 servings


● Lamb — 1 kg.,
● Lamb fat — 300g.,
● Milk — 1l.,
● Vinegar 9% — 2.5 tbsp.,
● Tomato sauce — 600g.,
● Bay leaf, hot pepper, black pepper, marjoram, thyme, salt — to taste.


1. Cut the meat into small pieces, put it in a pottery, sprinkle with thyme, marjoram, chopped hot pepper, bay leaf, pour a mixture of milk and vinegar and stand for 2 days in the cold.

2. The pickled meat should be put out in this way, then wrap each piece in a thin leaf of lamb fat, strung on skewer, fry on a grill grate and serve with tomato sauce, very peppery.
