Sea Buckthorn Tea Recipe

Tea made from sea buckthorn and honey is the best antidepressant. This is proved by scientists, and we confirm. Also, sea buckthorn has a strong anti-inflammatory effect. And it’s very, very delicious!

Sea buckthorn is a storehouse of vitamins. It has twice as much useful vitamin C as citrus fruit, and twice as much vitamin E as in wheat oil. There are other vitamins in buckthorn, as well as antioxidants and polyunsaturated fatty acids, responsible for healthy and youthful skin.


● 150g. of sea-buckthorn,
● 2 tbsp. black tea,
● 2 tbsp. honey,
● 500 ml. of water.


Seeds of sea buckthorn rinse well, squeeze 2/3 of the spoon.
Put a sea-buckthorn puree, remaining berries and black tea into the kettle. Pour all the boiling water, wrap it and let it brew for 10-15 minutes.
Finished tea pour through a strainer, adding honey to taste.
You can prepare this drink without adding black tea.
