Sauce «Berlin»


Sauce «Berlin» will always be a great addition to any vegetable, fish or any other dish. You think you bake meat in the oven or a potato? Be sure to prepare for them a seasoning. The taste and aroma are amazing.


● Low-fat sour cream (or half the yogurt and sour cream) 300g.,
● Lemon fresh juice of 6g.,
● Vegetable oil (preferably olive oil) 3 tbsp.,
● Dill, basil, parsley, green onions, lettuce and mint just 150g.,
● Salt, ground pepper, sugar to taste,
● Garlic as desired.


1. Wash Herbs, garlic peel and cut in half. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.

2. In a blender put the herbs and garlic, a little grind. Next, add the oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and (very little) sugar. Beat until almost smooth.

3. Give to stand for ten minutes and bring to taste at your discretion.

4. The resulting mixture was put together with sour cream and mix thoroughly. Blender in this case is not recommended, as the cream is excessively thicken.

5. Cool the sauce and ready!
