Sandwich with Egg Salad and Curry

Eggs are the perfect food for those who are watching their diet. They’re tasty, low in calories (about 80 calories in one), and full of nutritious protein that can help curb your appetite.


For One Sandwich:
● 2 hard-boiled eggs,
● 2 tablespoons of low-calorie yogurt,
● 2 tablespoons of chopped red bell pepper,
● 1/4 teaspoon of curry,
● 1/8 teaspoon of salt,
● 1/8 teaspoon black pepper,
● 2 pieces of rye bread,
● 1/2 cup fresh spinach,
● 1 orange.


1. Cut the eggs into cubes. Combine them with yogurt and bell pepper in a small cup, add curry, salt and pepper. Mix well.
2. Fry the bread until golden brown. Place the spinach leaves on it.
3. Place the egg salad on top of the bread. Serve with an orange.
