Saltwort vegetarian



● 2.5 L of water
● 250g mushrooms
● 250g salted mushrooms● 200g white cabbage
● 200g sauerkraut
● 1 carrot
● 2 onions
● 2 pickled cucumbers
● 1 tbsp. tomato paste
● Vegetable oil
● Parsley root
● Parsley
● Half a lemon
● Half a cup of sour cream
● Salt, black pepper


Finely shred fresh cabbage, put together with the finely chopped tomatoes, chopped onions and sauerkraut on vegetable oil.

Bring water to a boil, add salt, dip into the water fresh mushrooms, carrots and parsley root, cut into strips.

After 10 minutes, add the steamed vegetables, sliced pickled mushrooms, peeled and diced pickles, spices, cook for another 15 minutes. Fill with sour cream and lemon juice.

If you stick to a vegetarian diet, resolution dairy products, to vegetarian soup can be submitted sour cream or cream to fill it. You can also fill with vegetable soup boiled egg, if you use them.
